You must take her back to the vet urgently, they will need to perform a blood test and ultrasound in order to find out the cause of the anorexia, without knowing what is causing this , it's not possible to treat it.

Yes, I would be worried. First thought of what could be wrong in a dog that is not spayed is a uterine infection (pyometra). This could be life-threatening. I suggest you get her to your vet for an exam. This is not normal behavior and her symptoms are not specific for any one illness or disease process. It may some testing to get it figured out. If she recently had a heat cycle and is now acting sick with vaginal discharge, i would be concerned that she may have a pyometra, or uterine infection. If she is pregnant but isn’t acting like she feels well I would recommend she be evaluated to ensure that everything is going ok with her pregnancy. I would recommend she be seen by her regular veterinarian, have any necessary testing done (X-rays, ultrasound, bloodwork to check for infection) and start on any treatment if she needs it. She could have a conjunctivitis, uveitis, scratches on her eyes and a fever since she is lethargic. Just because she is pregnant doesn't mean there aren't safe medications to give her. Antibiotic eye drops are safe as are some oral antibiotics. I hope this helps and I would have her seen today by your Vet. I wish Indra a speedy recovery!

You are definitely stuck in a pretty difficult situation here. Obviously as a pregnant bitch, Jenny really needs to continue to eat in order to be healthy enough to carry her pregnancy. If she is ill, she might require medications to make her feel better. The main problem with this is that there are very, very few medications that are considered safe and effective for pregnant and nursing animals. There is only one oral antibiotic in America that is readily administered to pregnant dogs, and it is called Clavamox. It is a penicillin based antibiotic. My assumption is that your vet likely gave a penicillin based injection. If this has not helped at all, she should probably be reassessed, placed on some fluids, and have her fetuses' viability checked with ultrasound. An ultrasound should be able to detect fetal heart beat, so if they appear weak or not present at all than this could be an indicator of an infectious process causing abortion. If your current vet does not have an ultrasound, you may want to go to a clinic that has this modality to give your dog the best treatment possible. Hope this helps!

This is a medical emergency - both her and her pups are at risk from infection if she has a dead pup inside her. She needs urgent assessment for any remaining pups/remnants and either induction or an emergency section/hysterectomy depending on findings as well as supportive treatment for her fever

Poor Princess! She could be pregnant but she could also have something else going on like parasites, eating something she shouldn’t, a bacterial infection or even a viral infection. You can try to offer her some plain chicken (no bones) and white rice to see if you can entice her to eat. If she doesn’t perk up soon, I would have your vet take a look at her. I worry she is going to get dehydrated. Your vet will be able do a fecal, blood work and even X-rays if needed. Your vet will be able to assess her hydration and give her fluids if needed. Your vet will be able to get her started on some meds that are safe for puppies in case she is pregnant to help make her feel better. I hope this helps!
