Yes, I would be concerned. Blood in the urine can be caused by a UTI or bladder stones. In addition, the blood could be coming from her vaginal, and it is not normal for a dog to bleed when pregnant. Given that Ava is far along in her pregnancy, it is best that she is seen by a vet now for this problem. The vet can diagnosed what is causing this problem, and can treat accordingly.

Please contact your vets office to discuss her progress as without a full history of all of her injuries and wounds, how much she ate or drank when she was in the clinic and how well she had been toileting before she went home it is impossible to guess whether this is expected or if it is a set back from how well she had been doing. Tehy may need to adjust her pain medications, or assist her either with enemas or manual expression of the bladder which would require an extended hospital stay until she is more stable or they may be able to demnostrate some handling and exercises to help support her balance and encourage her to toilet normally

Hello. While the stool is not altogether abnormal, I can see your concerns. The first thing to do is take a sample to your veterinarian for a parasite analysis. You want to make sure Soska is not harboring intestinal worms that can be transmitted to her puppies. In the meantime, switch her to a bland diet for a few days. I use 75% white rice & 25% white chicken breast. A little low fat cottage cheese is OK. I would also start her on a good probiotic like Purina's FortiFlora. This is available over the counter. H there and thanks for posting. If Stella is pregnant, then she could be in stage 1 of labor which can last 6-8 hours. However, the not getting up as well as the lethargic and bleeding from the vagina is concerning if she is pregnant. This may be an indication something is wrong with her pups and the pregnancy or she may have pregnancy toxemia. If she isn't pregnant, there is another medical reason behind her symptoms that needs to be addressed by a veterinarian in person. It is hard to say what exactly is going on without examining her first. My best advice is to have her seen right away by a veterinarian or taken to an emergency veterinary clinic. With these symptoms I worry that your dog may have a pyometra instead of being pregnant. Pyometras typically develop around 3-6 weeks after they go into heat and present as bloody discharge, lethargy, abdominal swelling, etc. I would recommend that she is seen by a veterinarian who can perform an ultrasound to make sure she isn't suffering from an infection.

Pets can have mild blood in their still following episodes of stress. I would recommend adding in a probiotic in her food daily to see if this helps. Culturelle over the counter can be used in pets as it is very similar to the pet formulated probiotics. You should give it daily for the next 7-10 days. If the blood continues past 2-3 days or if you at any point notice a lot of Frank blood or lethargy then it’s best to take Sprinkle to your nearest vet clinic right away. I am not sure what the colorless sticky thing is in her stool, by it could just be a film caused by colitis (inflamed colon). You can repost your question with a picture of it to verify. I don’t see why she wouldn’t still be pregnant at this time based on your description of events. It sounds like your dog is likely in extreme pain, and he needs veterinary attention immediately. He may have fractures, internal injuries and bleeding, and may even have neurological issues from being hit by the car. If you mean that he is unable to urinate, that is a medical emergency, and requires immediate veterinary care. Your vet will assess him and recommend appropriate treatment, which will likely include pain medication, imaging and possibly surgical repair.
