She could have a bladder infection. The best thing would be to have your vet check a urine sample for an infection. She may need an antibiotic, if an infection is present. Call your vet and schedule an appointment to have her seen.

She may not be drinking enough water which could make the urine very concentrated and appear dark. However, she could also have an infection, either urinary tract infection or genital tract. I suggest you take her to a vet ASAP for a check up.

Sugar could have a UTI, and I would take her into the vet today. The vet can do a physical exam, routine blood tests, and a urinalysis to diagnose if she does have a UTI, and can prescribe antibiotics to treat it.

It could be indicative of a urinary tract infection or other infection. Have Lily examined by your veterinarian. A sterile urine sample can be collected and submitted for urinalysis as well as a culture and sensitivity panel. These tests should be able to confirm UTI and identify the responsible organism as well as the best antibiotic to use in treatment. It is still too early to confirm pregnancy. You'll have to wait a couple more weeks to be able to detect a pregnancy via bloodwork, palpation or abdominal xrays/ultrasound.
