Reign's eyes do look a little irritated to me. Potential causes include allergies, conjunctivitis, bacterial infection, blocked tear ducts, or dust getting in his eyes. If you have some saline for human eyes, you can use it to gently flush the eyes to remove any irritating debris. Continue to monitor him for 1-2 days, if it isn't better or if the redness gets worse, or if there is a yellow/white/green discharge, he may need to be seen by a vet for eye medications.

That is likely to be due to a mild to moderate conjunctivitis, probably secondary to a trauma or infection. Poor Rocky! Those eyes do look irritated. He may have a distichia (a stray lash on the inside of the eyelid; as apposed the the eyelids rolling in--entropion which I think is what you are describing he had). Sometimes these cannot be found without magnification. Its also possible that he has another condition such as uveitis (inflammation inside the layer of eye that involves the retina), or he may have KCS, also known as dry eye. If a shermer tear test has not yet been done by your vet, you might ask about it; this is a simple test for dry eye. I recommend getting this checked by your vet. It could be a small injury, it could be a form of mange, it could be an infection, there's no way to know for sure without an exam. Your vet will do an exam, probably a skin scrape of the affected area and based on these results, will be better able to tell you what is going on and what the best treatment will be.

Place an e-collar (cone) on him to prevent rubbing or pawing. A cool compress may decrease swelling. Ideally, he should be examined by your veterinarian to diagnose and treat any trauma to the eye to prevent permanent damage or loss of vision. This is probably an allergic reaction due to an insect bite or a plant outside. those reactions tend to resolve within 48 hours without treatment. if the swelling becomes too large or if Bo is lethargic, take him to the vet in order to get an antihistamine injection.

If Honey has a scratch on her eye, she should be evaluated by a veterinarian for treatment. I recommend having eye problems treated as soon as possible to avoid long-term changes in vision.
