Is 75°F room temperature okay for newborn puppies with their mother?

It's probably best to bring them inside, but it really depends on how warm their kennel is. If you can be sure that the kennel does not drop below 70 degrees F, then the pups should be fine. If you can't ensure this, then I would bring them inside to be safe. If you are talking about 40 degrees F°, that is definitively too cold for them as puppies cannot regulate their normal temperature for the first few weeks of life. Those weights are about right for newborns. The puppies like it warm and I think the air conditioner off with it being warm outside is just fine. They’ll stay closer to Mom if they need to be warmer. The fan is fine but not blowing directly on the puppies. Puppies are prone to getting cold, so I would only do this if it seems that it's too hot in their environment. You can start with a low amount of AC if needed and turn it up if they tolerate it well. You will know the puppies are too cold if they forming a tight huddle next to or under mom. If they are more spread out, then this would indicate that they are very warm. Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! They could jut be more vocal during the day because of all the activity. I would try to keep them indoors where there is air conditioning and fans. If they have to be outdoors then they should be in the shade and not ever in the direct sun. The puppies should not get too hot as that is life threatening, so see what you can do to the environment to change the ambient temperature. I wouldn't recommend the ambient temperature higher than 80 F. I wish you the very best!

No i don't see any reason preventing her from moving the puppies outside, she will probably not stop trying until you let her anyway and it is not too cold or too hot, it's actually ideal weather so no reason to worry.

Yes, the stuffing could harm the puppies if they swallowed it. You need to be bring your dog and her puppies inside immediately. Newborn puppies cannot regulate their temperature, and they have to be kept at 29.5-32C. It is not acceptable to keep them outside in this weather, please bring them all in immediately.
