My husky puppy is breathing fast and constipated in heat. What to do?

Keep him indoors during the hot, humid days. You could take his temperature if worried. Use a digital thermometer rectally. Normal temperature is 99-102. No, this degree of constipation is never normal. I strongly recommend a full vet check urgently - she may have an obstruction of prolapse which could become very difficult to treat due to stretching of muscles and nerves if not addressed in time
