My French Bulldog has white nose mucus, acts normal. Should I worry?

If her symptoms persist, she will need to see her veterinarian. I do not think these are more signs even in her breed. It can be a respiratory virus or bacterial infection causing the discharge and sneezing. Some viruses can be more severe than others, and english bulldogs can be more sensitive to an infection due to their short noses and extra tissue in the mouth. If he is eating and drinking still, you can have him checked when your regular vet is open. if he is having a hard time breathing, lethargic, GI upset, or anorexia, then I would find an ER to see him today.

Hello. It sounds like Bayern has a pretty good upper respiratory infection. The breeder should never have sent him home with you being sick. I would make an appointment with your veterinarian as soon as possible to have the puppy examined. This is very important, especially for a breed that can normally have issues with breathing. Poor guy. It is possible he has a mild irritation of his upper airway. Wait things out a bit and just continue to monitor him throughout the day to see if the congestion improves. If it doesn't get better or if his symptoms worsen (i.e. Coughing, labored breathing, etc) then it's best to take Ginme to your vet. Upper respiratory infections (kennel cough) are common in puppies and the symptoms mimic cold like symptoms in people, but the difference is that antibiotics are used to resolve symptoms.

Hello! In this image, Lucky does not seem to be having any trouble with his eyes. I know you just cleaned them, but they do not look overly irritated or inflamed. Ocular discharge can happen for a variety of reasons including infection, allergies, decreased tear productions, injury, etc. I would continue to monitor him and if you start to see any signs of rubbing his eyes, excessive discharge, or discomfort, call your veterinarian.

Poor Henry! While this may be caused by an upper respiratory infection from having an endotracheal tube placed for surgery to keep his airways open to breathe, it may be unrelated. Henry may have kennel cough, or even something more serious like pneumonia. Unfortunately, these conditions require treatment with antibiotics, which are likely different from the ones he may have been given post surgery. If Henry is eating and playing normally, and just overall being his normal self, it is likely okay to wait until tomorrow morning to have him seen. Because of Henry’s breed, and him having a shortened airway, I do recommend that he is seen by an emergency vet if you are concerned that he is unable to breathe properly.
