Why is my dog weak, has red eyes, and struggling to urinate often?

I am sorry Nina is not feeling well. I would take Nina to the vet as soon as possible. All the things you have mentioned are extermely concerning. Female dogs when unspayed can get pyometra (pus filled uterus) that can be fatal. If he is drinking a lot, not walking well, and possible blood discharge this would be a concern. Typical urinary tract infections do not make dogs as sick as you are suggesting Nina in. However with an older dog it is important to have a good physical exam and possible blood work to detect why she is not feeling well. I would take her to the vet as nothing over the counter is recommended. Hope that helps

Poor Yoni! Unfortunately without seeing her in person, it is impossible for me to say for sure what is going on. Red eyes can indicate an infection, an ulcer on the eye, or simple allergies. You could try Benadryl twice a day to see if this helps. You can also try some artificial tears drops in both eyes 3-4 times per day. See link below for Benadryl dosing. An increase in urination could be an indication of a UTI. They don't always lick their privates when they have a UTI. She is also a very young dog so it could be behavioral. If these issues aren't improving, I would strongly recommend to have her seen by your vet. Your vet can determine if there is any infection or scratch/ulcer in the eyes and also determine whether she has any true urinary issues or if it is just behavioral. Those are a lot of symptoms, and it would be best to schedule a vet visit for your pup for a complete exam and to narrow down possible causes. Poor Moca! I'm sorry to hear she's having these issues! Bloody urine can indicate an infection, bladder stones, inflammation in the bladder or vagina, and unfortunately sometimes even cancer. Her skin sounds very uncomfortable and could be related to allergy, infection, yeast overgrowth, or a number of other issues. I'd recommend taking Moca to see a veterinarian as soon as possible. Her conditions sound quite painful and it is likely she will need some testing and medication to treat. Without an examination it is impossible to say what the underlying issues are so an examination with a veterinarian will be needed to figure out a treatment plan for her.
