Unfortunately these symptoms can signal many many conditions. Just like people, there are many conditions that can make pets feel sick. This could range from an infection to cancer. Also like us, diseases are best addressed early and this may result in a better prognosis. I recommend to have her examined by the veterinarian within the next 24 hours. Any continued abnormal symptoms (longer than 24 hours) warrants a vet exam. I cannot tell you what is wrong with her just by your description. Her symptoms are very vague and could be due to almost any illness. Please get her a vet exam as soon as you can.

For a dog that usually eats well, 5 days is getting a little long to let it go. I would recommend that you have Panda checked out by a vet to see what could be going on. There are so many things that could be causing his vague symptoms, including pain, infection, intestinal issues (including obstruction), among many others. After physical examination and a thorough medical history discussion, your vet may recommend treatment, bloodwork, or x-rays to see what could be going on.

Your pet needs to be seen by a vet right away. Even with no other symptoms, extreme lethargy is very concerning. Your dog may have eaten something that disagreed with her, swallowed something that has caused an obstruction, has parasites, is coming down with some kind of infection, there are a number of possibilities. Your vet will do an exam and labwork to determine the cause of your pets symptoms and give you some treatment options based on those results.

Poor girl. These symptoms of having a dry nose, increased drinking, and lethargy are very vague unfortuantely so it is difficult to tell exactly what may be going on with Pixie here. I think its best to go ahead and schedule her an appt with your vet so that a complete physical exam can be done and possibly even bloodwork to look for clues as to what is causing her illness. If everything checks out okk, then the vet will likely recommend going forward with her yearly vaccines, since you say she is likely due. Red and watery eyes may indicate an issue such as an allergy to something, or even illness such as respiratory issues. You may see additional signs such as fever, lethargy, loss of appetite or even nasal discharge. An increase in drinking water may be related, or may just be an attempt to stay hydrated if your dog is dehydrated from not feeling well (you can check this by gently pinching the loose skin on the back of your dog's neck- if it is quick to go back to normal, your dog is hydrated, if it is slow or sticky in returning back to normal, it is an indication of dehydration). If her symptoms do not resolve within the next day or so, or if she shows additional signs of illness or worsening of already seen symptoms, then scheduling a veterinary checkup is best.
