My dog's tired & wobbly after tick treatment. Are these side effects?

Discontinue the medication, if he improves then he was likely having a side effect, but if his sigs continue or if they get worse (seizures, non-stop shaking and trembling, excessive salivation) then have him seen immediately. Other potential causes may not be associated with the medication and may be a sign of flea allergy dermatitis (allergy to the flea saliva) especially if you have seen fleas on him. It is unlikely that the 2 are related. He may have injured his leg or foot by jumping or playing. Typically if flea medications causes any systemic problems, the whole body is affected and he will shake all over, it will not be isolated to a single leg He may have a damage nail or pad or have a soft tissue injury. I would keep him rested, you can soak his foot in a warm water bath to help. If it continues then I would see a vet for medication and treatment

I agree, it's impossible to know if this is unrelated (symptoms like this could be due to a compressed disc in the spine or cranial abdominal pain) or a reaction to the flea medication. Ticks can transmit a variety of diseases that could cause these symptoms. I would recommend taking Maira to the vet to see if she has a tick-borne disease. The vet may recommend in-house testing for tick disease, sending out a tick panel to a lab, CBC, and/or blood chemistry to determine what exactly is going on to decide which treatments will be best for this particular case.

No, that does not sound normal. At regular/normal dosing Milbemycin is pretty safe and side effects are pretty rare. What you are describing does not sound spot on with side effects for this drug.
