My dog's back toe has been swollen for months. Can I drain it at home?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 8 years and 7 months old | 75 lbs

On her left back foot one toe is swollen hasent went down in a few months she does OK on it but I would like to drain it to make it normal please tell me how or what to do thank you

Poor Lefteye! It looks like this is probably a skin growth or tumor of some kind, especially if it has been there for months with no change. I'm afraid there it no way that you can safely do anything with it at home - even if there is fluid inside, draining it will not fix the underlying problem and would be very painful for her without sedation.

I would recommend taking Lefteye to the vet next week to have this checked. Your vet can talk to you about options for removing it, and possibly sending it to the lab for identification to find out if it's cancerous or not.
