If you need proof of vaccination, you should contact the clinic that saw your pet directly. They may have sent information about each visit that your puppy has been to at the clinic to your email. If you need documentation- visit the clinic that examined and vaccinated your puppy. Thank you

You can keep a record of the vaccine yourself. Remove the sticker from the vial and place it, along with the date given, on a chart. You may even be able to find a vaccine record online or in the local Petco.

I would call your vet and ask about this specifically. If she has not yet had a rabies vaccine, she should receive one, and it would also be advisable to keep her inside away from other animals and with only 1 person interacting with her for a period of 10 days as a "quarantine," as a precaution. I am sorry it is hard to tell because not all the label is in English. There is a red R there but i do not specifically see the word Rabies in English. There is also DAPP there which would typically be the acronym for the distemper parvo vaccine but as the whole label is not in English it is hard to know what that really represents. Your options are to call the clinic that gave the vaccine for verification or contact Merial who made the vaccine. Getting tags for her will depend on where you live. In most municipalities a rabies vaccination is required. If you have no proof of a rabies vaccine, you will need to have a vaccination done by a veterinarian. You will need to check with your locality to find out if any other vaccinations are required for licensing. I would recommend calling the office of the city where you live to find out their requirements. You will not be able to register your dog with the AKC if that is what you mean by having "papers" for her, without proof of her parentage and their AKC registration.
