What causes my dog's paw infection with discharge on his toes?

Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Male | neutered | 4 years and 6 months old | 100 lbs

My dog Ricky, 5 y.o,boxer, health, active, has acne like or pores infection on the inner toes on front pows, with brownish, whitish discharge.

It sounds like he has an infection so he should be examined by a veterinarian for treatment. He may need an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory to help treat the problem. You could also soak his paws in a warm Epsom salt solution and see if that helps.
