I noticed that tux has a bump on his left rear paw he only has one I was wondering if I may be mistaking and it is the shape of his toe and if I should be concerned

You can soak his paw in warm water with epsoms salt twice a day, then once it is dry apply a thin film of antibacterial ointment on it. That will help drain the area and treat the infection. Keep it covered or use a restraint collar if needed to prevent Harvey from licking the area. If it's not improving in several days then Harvey may need a veterinary visit to get antibiotics. Skin and paw sores can take a week or two to heal so be patient and it will get better. Always if things get worse then bring him in for an exam sooner.
