If he has been drinking adequate amounts of water and if the smell continues, I would get him examined by his veterinarian and have his urine tested as he may be dealing with a urinary tract infection. this is very concerning. Roxy may have a uterine infection or a kidney /bladder infection. she needs to be seen by a veterinarian, preferably in a pet ER tonight. She will need a thorough exam , blood tests, a vaginal exam, urinalysis and possibly x-rays. It is not normal for a young dog to emit such strong and bad odors. such odors are caused by bacteria (infection) or kidney disease, and the excessive drinking also points to a possible serious infection.
