Your vet may have some recommendations for palliative care for Chyna, which might include a steroid such as prednisone to shrink the size of the tumor (unfortunately this is usually a temporary effect so won't last forever). One thing that you can try at home is to take Bella into a steamy bathroom for 10-15 minutes twice daily. However, if the nasal discharge continues or is yellow or green, she should be examined by her vet, as this could indicate infection.
