My dog can't breath out of his nose. He has clear discharge at vet . she only did x Ray or nasal and throat. She prescribed antihistamine which he can't even take due to Cushings disease and Clavamox. What can I do at home for him? I am calling and asking about his teeth and if they were on the x ray. Will vicks, cool humidifier, and anti inflammatory Metacam help?

Poor pup! I'm sorry he is feeling so unwell. Unfortunately, it is illegal for the experts at Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to prescribe drugs, even OTC drugs, without seeing the animal in person first, so we can't say if a specific drug is safe to give your dog. I would recommend calling your vet to see if they feel it's safe for him to have vicks and Metacam, and they can give you the correct dosages for his weight. If he is congested, you can try using a humidifier or bringing him into the bathroom with the door closed while you take a hot shower - the steam and humidity help to break up congestion and temporarily relieve symptoms associated with respiratory infections. That may help him breath better, but if it doesn't, I would recommend taking him into an ER vet if he is struggling to breath.
