My dog has a runny, stuffy nose. What can I do to help her get over this? She is an 8 yr old cocker spaniel

It's possible Bella may be having seasonal allergies, or some type of infection. You'll want to visit your local Veterinarian. He she may prescribe and antihistamine or antibiotic depending on Bellas condition.

It sounds like Bella has an upper respiratory infection. I would watch for the start of a cough, nasal discharge that is yellow or green, lethargy, not eating or drinking, If non of those things happen it is likely the virus will run it's course. If any of those things occur then take her in for a recheck!
