My dog was do for her second dose on 04FEB2018 for the 5in1 (DAP + Parvovirus) shot? How long do I have before I would have to start the series over?

Normally, we want to make sure that the booster vaccine is given within 4-6 weeks of the original vaccine. 3-4 weeks is best. So as long as you get Chica in to the vet sometime in the next few days, you should be fine. If you go much longer than that, your veterinarian may recommend doing another booster in 3-4 weeks to make sure that she develops an appropriate immune response.
