My dog missed her vaccine booster shot. Does she need to restart?

Because they were spaced so far apart, I would say no, these vaccines are not enough to protect her from parvo. You will have to start the vaccine schedule over again, and I would count this vaccine given three days ago as the initial vaccine. Because she is older, she will only need one more vaccine given four weeks after this first one to be protected from parvo.
