My chihuahua has a lump after cystocentesis. Is this normal?

My chihuahua had a cystocentesis performed and I've noticed changes in the area. Please advise

There is a very large hematoma under the skin, it's hard to know exactly where the bleeding comes from (probably from the layer between the skin and muscles), i would definitely recommend contacting your vet about this just to be on the safe side as i do not have her full medical history to give you a definitive advise regarding this issue.
