Bear went outside and came back in limping I found stickers between his toes. I used tweezers pulled them all. There is no swelling or puncture holes no open wounds and I see no embedded stickers. He's still limping and licking the paw but not whining or acting in pain. She I watch him and see or try to find a vet I can afford to take him in

Poor Bear! It sounds like he had a blast! Chances are he just sprained his leg or ran a little too hard. The best thing you can do tonight is to confine him and force him to rest. I would only allow him to go outside on a leash. Also, I do not recommend giving him any pain meds as most of these are toxic to dogs. Your vet will be able to send home some pain meds to make him feel better and be safe for him to take. I hope this helps!
