Poor Bean! He is so cute! It looks like he is experiencing some pain. I am not sure if he still has a thorn in his paw, he could have a strain/sprain, or possibly a fracture. Since he isn't putting weight on it, you should have him examined by a vet to determine the cause and prescribe a pain medication to help with the discomfort. If you havean emergncy clinic near you then you could take him there for treatment. Hope he feels better soon!
