Is a car's front vent a source of dangerous fluid for my dog to lick?

about this post: thank you for your help! but i think i wasn’t clear on my question; what i was wondering is it that’s a place where a car would spill dangerous things (like you mention oil or antifreeze) from? you know how dogs are, one moment they’re sniffing, the other they’re licking it! i try to avoid him doing that so that’s why is was wondering if things come out from there (or if it’s likely to be pee) or if spilt things come from underneath the car to the floor? thank you!!
