So your dog has arthritis in the right hip and a subluxation in the left hip. He may be shaking due to pain from these problems, and he may need pain medications. Do NOT give him any human pain medications. Many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. Take him into the vet to get pain medications. Best of luck.

I would discuss with your veterinarian if they feel based on Kasper's clinical signs if anything should be done regarding the subluxation.

Otherwise I would recommend a Glucosamine supplement and discuss Galliprant with your veterinarian. This is a great medication for osteoarthritis in dogs. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
