My dogs got oral Ivermax and are disoriented. Is it poisoning?

These are concerning signs of a possible intoxication. Immediate check up is required to treat the signs and reduce as much as possible absorption. Metaldehyde (used in snail poison) and intoxication from a long list of other substances can cause these signs. I am afraid it is impossible to be more specific than that. That sounds serious! Even though yournone dog seems okay now I would recommend taking her to a vet right away - she may have had a seizure or have heart disease or low blood sugar. While there are toxins that can cause vomiting and toxins that can cause neurologic symptoms like loss of consciousness it is not very likely that someone is deliberately poisoning your dogs without your knowledge. I’d recommend seeing a veterinarian to have both dogs evaluated.

This can result in a serious intoxication with severe, especially gastrointestinal, side effects. In the worst case scenario your lighter dog has ingested a dose quite close to 80mg/kg. I would recommend an immediate check up.

Pokey sounds very ill and needs immediate veterinary treatment. This could be from poison or more likely an infection, metabolic problem or cancer. She definitely needs IV fluids to prevent dehydration which can become life threatening. In general with most poisons they would die quickly. Since this has been going on for a few days there is a good chance with proper treatment she could recover quickly. I agree it does sound like he could have gotten in to a toxin. Be sure that he didn't have access to anti-freeze. If there is ANY chance he could have it is deadly and immediate intervention is needed. The best thing for both dogs is to be seen at an Emergency hospital. Oh no, Max! Ingestion of ibuprofen (Motrin) is quite toxic to dogs and can cause GI ulceration, severe liver damage, and acute renal (kidney) failure. Contact the ASPCA animal poison control center at (888) 426-4435 and they will help you determine the potential severity of Max's ingestion based upon the maximum amount of ibuprofen he may have ingested for his current body weight. From there, I expect that he will need to go to an ER vet for blood work and likely fluid therapy and monitoring. Depending on how recently he ingested the ibuprofen, they may also be able to induce vomiting. Good luck!
