My dogs ate Cefpodoxime. Should I be worried about poisoning?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 8 months old | 40 lbs

One of my dogs was spayed and while I was out of the house, both of my dogs got onto my kitchen counter & chewed open the Cefpodoxime 100mg tablets. There were 8 left & all are gone now. I have a 25 lb rescue & a 40 lb lab mix. I don’t know which one ate what...

This can result in a serious intoxication with severe, especially gastrointestinal, side effects. In the worst case scenario your lighter dog has ingested a dose quite close to 80mg/kg.
I would recommend an immediate check up.
