Hi I have a nearly 3 year old mini English bull terrier. I have noticed that his eyes look pusy in the morning lately like he has conjuntavitis we have been bathing them with salt water. One eye seems to be a lot worse than the other

Hello
You can try flushing his eyes with a normal saline rinse or just wiping them with a warm wet washcloth gently.
If it does not get better I recommend having a veterinarian taking a look as in older terriers they can develop eye issues such as dry eye, ectropion, ulcers and infections. If he has any squinting, redness, increase in discharge or his eyes become cloudy he should be seen by his vet sooner
