Dog eye swollen, bleeding, leaking. Eye drops not working. Help!

Poor Skyler. Given that the eye drops don't appear to be working, you do need to take her back into the vet. This looks pretty bad. I'm sorry she has cancer. Depending on what type of cancer she has, it could be possible it's affecting her eye. I'd take her back into a vet today.

I would recommend a check up by your vet - it looks like the third eyelid is inflamed (common with viral infections) and may be developing a cherry eye. In the meantime, bathing with sterile saline eye wash may help keep the eye fresh and clean and reduce any discomfort

Eyes are sensitive. If the saline solution does not help after 24 hours, it is unlikely to help. At this point, Tyson needs to be examined by the veterinarian today. He could have an eye infection, a foreign object trapped under the eye lid or a scratch on the cornea. These conditions are all painful so don't wait. This looks like a swelling of Poppy's conjunctiva as opposed to the eye itself. It could be due to an allergic reaction or infection such as conjunctivitis. She will need eye drops and antinflammatories to settle this down so go to your vet as soon as you can. In the mean time pressing a cooled tea bag on the outside of the eye can provide some relief.

Hello. It appears that the upper eyelid is inflamed. This is a condition called blepharitis. It could be an allergic reaction to something in the park. You can apply warm compresses to the area alternating with cool compresses to help relieve the swelling. (3-4 times a day). If it has not improved in the next 24-48 hours, I would have your vet examine her and determine if further treatment is needed.

Unfortunately I’m not sure what you mean by her “eye’s skin,” but I’m wondering if you are referrring to the outer layer of her eye. If that’s what you mean, she could have an ulcer in her eye. The symptoms you are describing are extremely severe and constitute a medical emergency. She has to see a vet now or she could risk losing vision in that eye forever.
