Oh Zues is just the cutest puppy!! The appearance of his eye is very concerning, and he could have a severe eye infection, hemorrhage, glaucoma, or trauma to the eye. The eye is such an important and delicate structure that any problem with it should be considered an emergency. That's because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. Zues has to see a vet now for this so his eye can be treated. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. I would recommend taking Remington to your vet as soon as possible. Most dogs will squint if the eye is painful. The pictures make it look like he may have a skin infection beside his eye, and I'm concerned if he is squinting he may have an infection or irritation in his eye as well. The diarrhea may be related to what is going on with his eye or may be caused by something else, like intestinal parasites, eating something he shouldn't have, or bacterial or viral infection. Regardless, I think it would be best you take him in to get checked out and get some treatment for both his eye and diarrhea.

Poor Ella! I'm sorry to hear that she's having this problem. It's a bit hard to tell from the photos exactly what's going on, but it looks like her third eyelid is elevated in the right eye - that's the pale-colored membrane that you can see in the inner corner of her eye. It also looks like the area surrounding the eye may be a bit swollen. These symptoms could be caused by a number of different things, so she would really need an in-person exam and possibly some testing to diagnose the problem. Conjunctivitis or an injury to the eye such as a corneal ulcer can cause swelling and third eyelid elevation. She could also have an abscess or tumor behind the eye, causing it to bulge outward and have this appearance. Treatment will depend on what the underlying problem is, so I would recommend taking her to the vet for an exam as soon as you are able to.

Poor Maggie! Red eyes can occur for a variety of conditions, including corneal ulcers, anterior uveitis, blood clotting disorders, infectious conjunctivitis, among others. Eyes are delicate structures and can progress rapidly, so I recommend taking Maggie to her vet fairly urgently for evaluation to get to the bottom of things.
