My dog bled after brushing her too hard near her lungs. Is she okay?

Pet's info: Dog | Japanese Spitz | Female | spayed | 2 years and 9 months old | 11 lbs

I was brushing the dog and I accidentally brush her to hard where the lungs are and now there is some blood, I really didn't mean to:( will she be ok?

This is likely going to subside on its own so it would be ok to continue to monitor her for now.
