No, she will not die. These kind of powders contain small quantity of onion and garlic, usually way below toxic dose for dogs. So, your Xena may develop mild gastroenteritis (maybe a vomit and/or loose stools) but otherwise she will not get into any serious problems.

1/2 of a tsp of garlic powder or 2 whole garlic cloves would potentially be toxic if ingested, so if you think that it is possible that the spaghetti had that amount in the bowl you should see an emergency veterinarian. Otherwise there is no concern. Garlic and garlic powder tend to be more toxic if ingested consistently over a long period of time; it generally takes a lot to cause toxicity if it is a one time ingestion.

This is likely not enough garlic to pose a serious risk of toxicity. At worst, you may see some mild stomach upset. Withhold food for 24 hours and feed a bland diet in small, frequent amount until symptoms resolve.

I would suggest fasting him for 12-24 hrs to allow him time to move the rice out of his system. You can still offer him water but don't force it. At the very least he may have some upset stomach issues (vomit and or diarrhea); however if he seems lethargic, not eating or excessive vomiting of food and water then it's best to have him seen by your local vet. It would takes a fair amount of garlic powder or whole garlic to cause a problem, much more than what would be sprinkled on a single tilapia filet. Even if Rosie ate more a single one time ingestion is usually not as serious as consistently eating garlic over time. The spices or the fish could potentially cause some stomach upset, so if Rosie is vomiting or if she develops diarrhea I'd recommend contacting your veterinarian.

Garlic toxicity causes anemia and signs of it wouldn't show up this fast. I'm concerned it's the breadstick itself that has upset Skye's stomach. I can give you a home remedy for her to see if that helps. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, she refuses to eat the bland diet, she vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away.
