My puppy ate a small piece of tin foil. When should I call the vet?

My 6.8 lbs puppy ate some tin foil not a big piece about the half of a dollar bill.??

That's not a very big piece of tin foil, and hopefully it should pass without problem, but there is always the chance it could get stuck. I would monitor her over the next 72 hours for signs of obstruction, which include vomiting, anorexia, diarrhea, lethargy, and constipation. Should you see any of those signs, I would take her into the vet right away.
