My dog ate some Neosporin. Will he be okay if he seems fine?

  Neosporin tends to be pretty well tolerated (I often advise using it for minor wounds, knowing it often gets licked off) so I would not be too concerned. Monitor for signs of GI upset, as with any medication, but this is not an emergency and I wouldn't intervene with inducing vomiting or anything at this point. Hope that helps!

  That was naughty of Rio! Neosporin is mildly to severely toxic to dogs if ingested in large amounts. Given Rio's size, you may see some GI upset, such as vomiting and diarrhea. Should that occurs, withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If you see signs such as trembling and/or seizures, you will need to take him into the vet right away, but because he did not eat a lot, this most likely won't occur.
