My 50 lb dog at an apple seed or two. Does this need a vet visit/induce vomiting? I know they are poisonous.

That should be absolutely fine and the seeds will not cause any harm at all.
If you notice any vomiting, start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days.
I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the vomiting is persistent or you notice diarrhoea, lethargy or inappetence. This will be extremely unlikely anyway so I would not be worried.
No further actions are needed at this stage.
