Lychee seeds are large and can cause cyanide intoxication (like most seeds), she is quite small so even one seed could potentially cause a toxic reaction. if this happens in the past 2-3 hours i would recommend taking her to the vet in order to have an injection to induce vomiting, better safe than sorry.

Yes there is definitely a reason to be concerned, cyanide toxicity is a common problem after ingesting large seeds, you should take her to the vet if you see any of the following symptoms:

    drowsiness
    sudden change in behavior
    unusual odor
pill fragments on the lips or clothes
    excessive drooling
    vomiting
    a confused mental state
    listlessness
