Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | neutered | 6 years and 10 months old | 15 lbs
Hello! I have a 6 year old chihuahua mix who is 15 pounds. Last night, he ate an acorn. I read online they can be toxic in large amounts, but since he only ate one, I monitored him, and he had no vomiting or diarrhea. This morning he passed it in his stool (a little soft but not diarrhea, color was normal) and immediately after, he ate another acorn. 14 hours after eating the first one, would the toxins from the first one be processed by his liver by now? Should I induce vomiting?
