As you mentioned, it’s a bit of a guessing game to determine the dogs breed based on pictures alone. However, Chappie, Candle, and Jimmy look most like Chihuahua mixes to me. There are DNA tests available, such as Wisdom panels, but nothing is 100% accurate. Regardless, they’re adorable!

If your breeder didn't provide you with any paperwork documenting his parentage (such as an AKC registration certificate) then unfortunately there is no way to prove for certain whether he is purebred or not. If you want to try and find out "unofficially", you can have him DNA tested using a Wisdom Panel blood or cheek swab test. These tests aren't always completely accurate, but could give you an idea of whether Halo has any other breeds in his background :)

Hi, it looks like these puppies could be Chihuahua x shih tzu. It is impossible to tell for sure 100% if they are just a cross between these breeds or if there is a small percentage of other breeds in there but there is definitely some chihuahua and some shih tzu as far as I can tell ! This puppy is quite cute and does have some characteristics that are seen in a Malinois. That being said, we cannot determine with 100 percent certainty the breed of a dog from a photo. Maltipoo/lab i seriously doubt it, Chihuahua/lab i can maybe see it. The only way to know for sure if it is a pure breed is to have a DNA test done. many companies offer this service and the process is easy and quite cheap. this is just one example: http://dnamydog.com/

Cute pup! This dog looks like a German Shepherd mix to me, possibly German Shepherd labrador retriever. There is no way to know for certain what breed a dog is (or what mixture) just by looking. However, if you want to know for sure, there are DNA test kits available for at home use. You take a cheek swab from the kit and mail it to the company.
