I dont know if my puppy is purebred or not. How can I find out?

1) if your puppy has papers from a Kennel Club it is pure bred. If not you can ask to see the parents, or ask the owner of the parents to send you copies of the pedigree papers of the parents.
2) you can have a DNA test done by UC Davis through your vet.

At this age it is very difficult to tell if it is a pure breed. The only way to know if it is a pure breed is to have a DNA test done. many companies offer this service and the process is easy and quite cheap. this is just one example:

There is definitely some German Shepherd in him, but he could be mixed. The only way to know if it is a pure breed is to have a DNA test done. many companies offer this service and the process is easy and quite cheap. this is just one example:
