I presume that you are talking about pheromone diffusers. The diffusers are completely different pheromones and will not interact with each other in any way. Pheromones are species specific, so they will not affect another species. The cat pheromone should help calm a cat and will not have any effect on a dog. The dog pheromone should help calm a dog, but will not have any effect on a cat. I think you should try some Feliway diffusers and get a second litter box with a different type of litter to put in a different location. He may not like the one you are currently using. Royal Canin also makes a diet called Calm that affects the serotonin levels in the brain and some cats do very well on this diet. If she continues not to do well, medications may help.
