Is Royal Canin better than Now Fresh for my 6-month Sphynx cat?

I personally really like Royal Canin. It's a high quality food that I feed to my own cats. In looking up concept for life, I see it's branded as a holistic food. I personally recommend staying away from things labeled "holistic" because there is no scientific proof that they work and you often pay a lot extra for something that has no true benefits. Please also keep in mind that breeders typically do not have any education in animal nutrition and therefore make recommendations based on anecdotal evidence. The answer is up to you and your cat. Some cats prefer dry only, some wet only, some enjoy both. Kitten food is still needed at six months of age and will be until he is a year old. Cats are carnivores, and canned, pate-type wet food is the closest to what they would get in the wild. Dry food has to have some carbohydrates in the form of grains or vegetable pulp in order to be made into dry nuggets. Cats have a very low carbohydrate requirement and some gain excess weight on dry food. Feed the best food you can afford. My personal favorites are Science Diet and Royal Canin. Both offer excellent quality, specifically formulated diets that are nutritionally complete for your pet's life stage and condition and both offer money-back guarantees if your pet doesn't like them. Just make sure when switching to a new food to introduce it gradually. Transition your pet onto a new food by offering the old food in one bowl and a mix of 1/4 new food and 3/4 old food in another bowl next to it. Do this for a week, then offer 1/2-1/2 new/old food in the second bowl for a week. Change to 3/4 new-1/4 old for a week and gradually stop putting old food in the first bowl. By the end of the month she should be transitioned to the new food with a minimum of digestive upset.

Royal Canin is a high quality food brand and either formula would be absolutely fine. If Lazgah develops vomiting, diarrhea, or excessive hairballs on one formula, transition him to the other one. Any time you make a change in diet, be sure to do so gradually over 5-7 days. I don't think you can make a wrong choice with either food!

Science Diet is a fine food, but Royal Canin is also a good diet. I recommend any adult cat food that has an AFFCO statement on the back of the bag that says its complete and balanced for adult animals.

It's a very high quality food, and because they have veterinary nutritionists on staff, you are assured the food is balanced to meet your kittens's nutritional needs. I would feed them according to the instructions on the bag. It could be one of your kittens has intestinal worms, causing its stool to be a little wet. These are common in kittens.
