How to help my pregnant cat who's nauseous, vomiting, and not eating?

I would suggest to withhold food for the next 8-12 hours and then start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. You can see a cat lose its appetite while pregnant, usually around three to four weeks into the pregnancy. It is good that you took Puffy into a vet, however, as it sounds like she was sick if she had a high fever. I am a little concerned that she still is only eating a little, and I would take her back into the vet for a health check to make sure everything is ok. It's very important for her health and the health of her kittens to eat properly, and since she has been sick, follow up visits with the vet should be done. At this point in her pregnancy, you should feed her kitten food. If she does turn out to not be pregnant, it will not hurt her to feed the kitten food right now. You will feed her this diet until the kittens are weaned and no longer dependent upon her for milk. The dry cat food is just fine for her. Do not give her anything like milk as this may upset her stomach. You should also talk to your veterinarian about deworming her for parasites. I would feed her wet/canned kitten food during the last three weeks of pregnancy so she hass enough nutrition for making her babies grow properly. Oncee she has given birth you can keep feeding her the kitten food, so there will be an easy transition when the kittens will start to eat solid food at around 6 weeks. Find homes for them now, but do not give them away before they are 12 weeks old, as they will still need mama to teach them to be good kitties, to hunt, what is safe, what is not, etc. They will also need their siblings to play and play hunt and get coordination.
