Try feeding smaller, more frequent meals. If Smokey eats fast, try a 'slow feed' bowl to address the issue. Sometimes, switching to a canned food may help. If the vomiting persists or worsens, have him examined by your veterinarian.

At this point if they are still vomiting you need to take them to the vet urgently, they will need a special food together with some mother's milk and they will need to be treated with antibiotics as well.

Poor thing! I would continue with the baby food but start mixing some mild canned cat food in. Start with a very small amount and work your way to a predominate cat food mixture. I would also make sure she is dewormed at least twice as many young kittens have GI parasites that can make them vomit (in severe cases)

I recommend getting your cat seen by your vet or an emergency vet right away. Cats need to eat, if they go more than a few days without eating they can develop serious liver problems which can be fatal. Continuous vomiting for so many hours is very exhausting and dehydrating, so your kitten likely needs some medical intervention to get better. Your vet will do an exam, labwork, possibly x-rays, and based on these results, your vet will have a better idea what is going on and can better advise you about treatment options.

If she just scarfs food, switching to wet food that doesn't need to be chewed as much or moistening her dry food to make it softer may help her to keep more of it down if she isn't wanting to chew it. If she doesn't want to chew, there is also a possibility that there is something wrong with her teeth or jaw which is making chewing painful. If she is vomiting after every meal I would be concerned that there is a functional problem going on (such as megaesophagus), parasites, or other illness. I would highly recommend bringing Rue into the vet for a complete exam, bloodwork and even a possible X-ray to try and rule out any underlying health issues that are causing this, as this is not normal for a kitten to be vomiting after eating, and it sounds like if she is underweight and acting hungry she isn't getting the nutrition she needs.

From what you are describing it sounds to me that Bucky was simply Over fed. kitten stomachs are very small, so you should aim to feed small amounts more often. For. 3 week old 300g kitten I would advise feeding for 14 ml fed 6-7 times per day. However, some kittens may vomit if they eat too much or too fast, although still, this should not be frequently. If Silk is vomiting often, I would worry that he may have some kind of infections such as a parasite or an abnormality in his GI tract. Other things such as an allergy to his dry food may also be considered. The best option would be to have Silk evaluated by a veterinarian to ensure he does not have an infectious or congenital disease that needs to be addressed with something else besides a diet change. Your simplest solution would be only feed him wet food. However, you can try a different kind of dry food which doesn't contain the same ingredients as the one you're currently feeding.
