You Hi. I have recently adopted a kitten and her poos have been really runny and smelly. She is 13 weeks old, was recently desexed, vaccinated, wormed etc. She is happy and extremely playful, she doesnt seem unwell or anything. She just has runny poo and does around 8 a day

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Lexi!
At a minimum I would take a stool sample to your Vet. Causes of diarrhea in young animals are: intestinal parasites, viral or bacterial infections, food allergies/intolerance, tritrichomonas, intestinal diseases like IBD, pancreatitis.
Kittens do need to be dewormed a few times and start their vaccines around 7-8 weeks. You can try changing her brand of kitten food and start a probiotic like Purina Fortiflora. But if she has yet to be dewormed or see a vet it is time to do so.
I wish Lexi the best!
