Kitten peeing a lot, wet, smelly, pale, thin, and cold. What's wrong?

I am sorry your kitten is not feeling well. Unfortunately it sounds like she really needs to be seen by a vet. A lot of things can cause them to look pale. for example anmeia secondary to parasites and infectious disease. Also feline leukemia and feline aids can cause illness in a young kitten. I would try to keep her warm and syring feed pedylite or water. You can try to warm up wet food to see if that helps with her appetitie at all but she really should go to a vet

This is very concerning. Your kitten sounds very sick. I think she may have a virus (or possibly a large parasite burden). You should take her to the emergency vet as soon as possible to see what can be done. Before you leave, apply a little honey or syrup around her mouth as she may be weak from having a low blood glucose level. I hope she pulls through.

With the symptoms you are describing I would recommend having Oscar examined by your veterinarian and have further testing done to help determine what the problem could be. The kidneys may not be the problem. This could be infectious or if he ate something and it is now stuck in his GI tract could be the problem. If the urine is dark he may be dehydrated. Also, frequent vocalization can mean he's hungry, thirsty, in pain/discomfort, and many other things. Open mouth breathing is not normal for cats and could mean he's congested or has a heart or lung condition. The kitten should be drinking milk replacer. It sounds like he would benefit from a visit to a veterinarian to examine him for any medical issues. He may need deworming and the veterinarian can make specific recommendations based on his physical exam findings.

A kitten who is weak and disorientated should be seen by a vet right away. Purring is not always a sign of being content, cats can also purr when they are sick and in pain. I would call around to find a vet who is open to see Gwennyth right away. The diarrhea could be making her dehydrated, which would cause her to be weak and disorientated. Make sure she is getting plenty of water, and you can give her some boiled white meat chicken (no bones) in small amounts. Get her into a vet as soon as possible.

Poor kitty! I totally understand your concerns here, as I too am deeply concerned about this cats current condition. These symptoms suggest this cat may have a severe urinary tract infection or even a bleeding abnormality, if you are seeing blood coming from the vaginal area. A uterine infection (pyometra) is also possible here which can be life threatening if not treated medically. This cat needs to be taken to a vet hospital right away for treatment, because this is beyond what you can do for this kitty at home. They need to run some diagnostics on this cat, which will likely be bloodwork +/- abdominal radiographs and likely a urine test if a bladder infection is suspected after a complete physical exam is done. Please take kitty in to your local vet right away for further care before her condition gets any worse. If you can't get her in right away then offer kitty some low sodium chicken or beef broth and small amounts of non-flavored Pedialyte diluted with water using a syringe or small turkey baster. Poor girl. Kitty sounds very ill and may have an infection. You need to take her to your local vet right away if you want to help her at this point. The vet needs to do some bloodwork on her to determine if an infection is present and then prescribe medication to hopefully stabilize her condition quickly.
