This is very common when you bring in a new cat into an environment. A lot of it is jealousy but also being territorial. I would make sure you have multiple litter boxes. I would also try to get some feliway diffusers to put around the house. Feliway is a cat pheromone which sometimes helps to calm them but not always. Also, give it some time. It sometimes takes several weeks for them to start playing and becoming tolerant of each other. If after a 4-6 weeks you are still having a lot of problems, I would talk to your vet about starting Coco on an anti-anxiety medicine to help calm her or consider finding a home for one of the kittens. I hope this helps. I hope they begin to get along with one another.
