I would keep him inside so he isn't accidentally harmed or injured. You can add in some toys that are interactive (such as a laser pointer) or even add in some furniture such as shelves or a cat tree that will allow him to climb and get more exercise. If he does like to go outside, buying a cat-harness and leash and taking him on supervised outings outside can help him to explore without getting away and potentially being injured.

The cold will not cause your kitten to become ill unless it is causing significant stress. In general, indoor dwellings are warm enough that this does not happen. You could lay out rugs on the floor so that she has an option to walk on a warmer surface. Placing a few beds around the house or even elevating the beds off the floor will also provide more protection. Cold water will generally not harm pets but it may be unpleasant to drink. Warming the water 2-3 times a day and then showing her the warmed water will give her the opportunity to drink it if she wants. Persians are very furry cats and she may even have hair between her toes which do provide some protection from the cold. That is quite cold for a kitten if they aren't used to it. I would recommend that you make a cozy nesting box so she has a place to stay dry and warm. Cold alone shouldn't cause illness, but it can result in lethargy and anorexia.

You need to keep her warm inside your home 27/7, a carton box with fleece or other warm cloths would be a good option, you can also use warm bottles under the cloths. it's important to feed her kitten milk replacer only, normal milk is not good enough for kittens, she can't survive on it. you can buy kitten milk replacer in any pet shop.

I would make sure that Archie is kept indoors at night, especially since it's been quite cold here in New Zealand at night. You can set up a little basket for him to sleep in by a heat source, which will help keep him warm. I hope this helps :-)

I would set up a warm bed for them, and put in something like a hot water bottle covered in towels. They are just over four weeks old, and while it's time for them to wean, they are probably better with their mother. If the temperatures keep dropping, however, I would move them indoors.

Hello. I would just make sure you limit any time Nova is outdoors & perhaps provide her with a heated pet bed when she in indoors. There are many available for cats on-line.
