How to keep my cat warm and prevent illness from cold floors, water?

That is quite cold for a kitten if they aren't used to it. I would recommend that you make a cozy nesting box so she has a place to stay dry and warm. Cold alone shouldn't cause illness, but it can result in lethargy and anorexia.

If she was so warm to have a fever she would be acting sick (lethargic, not eating, not playing, etc). I personally would not be worried about this at all. Don't give her a cold bath. At this age kittens cannot thermoregulate well and you will give her a chill which will be the opposite problem (and worse in my opinion). My best recommendation is to monitor her for any signs of illness - if you notice any then take her to the vet for a check-up. Hope this helps. Best wishes.

If her temperature is low, it is important to try and bring it back up by placing her near a heat source (but not too close) and a heating blanket on top of towels so that it reduces the risk of burns to the skin from direct contact with the heating blanket. If she is not eating, you should administer 1-2 tsp of a sugar source such as honey or karo syrup and see if this helps. She may have low blood sugar. This also may be infectious and unfortunately the only recommendation for an infection would be to see a veterinarian for the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations. If it is cold for you, it is probably cold for her. Just make sure she has a way to get out of the cold by going into the garage or a warm spot outside. You could set up an insulated cat bed by cutting a hole in an ice chest (use google for other diy winter cat beds). You can also play with her throughout the day. Use various toys like a laser pointer, toys on a stick, feather toys, bell toys, etc. Playing in the snow is also a type of stimulation she may enjoy.

If it has been 3-4 days without drinking water than I would expect him to show signs of dehydration or illness. Could he be drinking water without you knowing that he is drinking? If he eats wet food than he may not drink as much as the water content in wet food is much higher than dry food. Some cats like to drinking running water so you could buy a fountain water bowl and see if that encourages him to drink more. The cold temperature of the water should not be a problem. If it continues than have your vet examine him to determine the cause.

You can also turn the shower to hot and allow the steam to build up in the bathroom. Then place her in the room to breathe the humid air. This will help lessen any congestion she may be experiencing. Hypothermic kittens can be much more sick than they let on. Vomiting can be caused by many things, including hairballs, food allergy, eating too fast, GI blockage, intestinal parasites, IBD, systemic disease (liver, kidney, pancreas, diabetes), among others. If the vomiting happens for more than 24 hours, or if Tom does not eat in that time, he needs to see a vet immediately. Continue to encourage him to drink water and eat canned cat food. You can use a heating pad on the low setting to help warm him up, but check often that it is not too hot as it is quite easy to burn their skin. You can leave the heating pad where he can sit on it, but if he moves away do not force him to go back.
