Azur have on the tip of his right ear a dry, red, hairless spot. Doesn't cause pain, isn't warm or swell. Any idea of the diagnosis and treatment?

It is very likely that this is ringworm. Azur needs topical antifungal medication (i.e. Miconazole) to treat this if it is confirmed to be a ringworm infection via a blacklight or fungal culture from your vet.
