Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Male | neutered | 15 lbs
My cat has this random red circle on his head right above his eye. It popped up there out of no where and I was wondering what it was. I thought maybe it was ringworm but I wasn’t sure how he got that because he’s an indoor cat?

It does not appear to be ringworm but of course it could be. There is no way to diagnose a skin condition 100% with just a photo. It actually looks like he has scratched his head due to fleas. Even cats that don't go outside can get fleas. Fleas get inside the house all the time. I suggest you get him to your vet for an exam. It looks like he will need some antibiotics for that.
