Hi there! Iwa is such a gorgeous girl! It appears as though she has her third eyes up. This can be an indication that there is a problem or irritant on the eye. Usually if the eye is painful they will also rub and scratch at the eye as well as blink excessively.

This can also mean absolutely nothing other than Iwa felt like putting them up. Fun fact: unlike dogs, cats actually have control of their third eyelids and can choose to put them up at will.
Iwa does not appear to have any redness or swelling around her eyes. As long as she is not pawing them or rubbing them she is probably just fine.

As far as the liquid stool, there is no over the counter medication for this. The important thing is to figure out why the stool is liquid and treat the underlying cause. Intestinal parasites are a common cause for diarrhea or loose stool. Your veterinarian can have the stool tested for this and also prescribe the appropriate medications.

I hope this information was helpful for you and Iwa.

The third eyelid is raised which is a condition called ptosis. We usually see this with eye infections or disorders that affect the nervous system. We can also see it with dehydration, which is what I'm most suspicious of, since she has been having very watery diarrhea.

Without knowing the cause of the diarrhea and being able to fully evaluate the cat, I cannot advise medication. It is best to get her checked out by a veterinarian as soon as possible. They will be able to help find the cause of the diarrhea and get her rehydrated. They can also advise on the best medication.

Here is article that explains diarrhea a little more:

I hope that helps and Iwa gets better soon.
